Objectives: Summary
This training is oriented towards the fundamental aspects of electrochemistry and process engineering while opening up to areas of finalized Research. One of its objectives is to provide students with scientific skills in science and technology-carrying Fields.
Objectives
The proposed teaching is based on the elaboration, shaping, use, characterization and recovery (recycling) of materials (liquid and solid electrolytes, inorganic electrodes, catalysts, thin films, etc.), The study of the reaction mechanisms of the interface and its modification (plating, corrosion, electro-catalysis and electrodes composites), and on the study of (electronic) Chemical systems (batteries and accumulators, sensors, electrolysers, Reactors...).
The main orientations are taken in symbiosis with those of the reception laboratories of the co-empowered universities, the CEA of Grenoble and the industrial Partners. The important place of the optional courses makes it possible to make a course adapted to each professional project.
The training course contains a set of compulsory courses (level m1), other optional (level M1 and M2) and an introductory course in search of minimum 5 months (m2). The opportunities concern public research and industrial research and development in the areas of the surface treatment and coatings industry, the conversion and storage of energy, the environment, chemistry, micro-electronics, bio-technologies and the oil industry.
