Objectives: The first year consolidates fundamental knowledge through general and scientific lessons. She also brings experience of the company and the industrial approach through the internship. Project activity develops creativity and innovation.
The second year combines the teaching of industrial design with knowledge of mechanics and materials to converge towards the industrial design approach. The internship and the project reinforce professional experience.
The third year finalizes the design engineer training and carries out the professional project. The internship is decisive, it can lead to your first job.
Industrial partners: the Institute of Industrial Engineering Techniques (ITII) Lorraine which brings together academic and industrial partners, mainly through the Union of Metallurgical Industries and Trades (UIMM) Lorraine.

Notes: Mines Nancy and the Mannheim Hochschule concluded a double degree agreement in 1994, which allows Germanist engineering students to spend 18 months in Germany, with the financial support of the Franco-German University (UFA).
