Course Details

Objectives: Accessible only through continuing education, the customer support path for
the aeronautics of the Master MA allows to acquire a double competence in engineering of the aeronautical maintenance and customer relations. Customer support engineers are
collaborators needed in customer service functions for operational support
in aeronautics. After a few years of experience they can organize or lead a
customer support service, aircraft maintenance service, test service and
can also become a Field representative.
Targeted skills :
- Understand the support and operational maintainability of aircraft and have a
good knowledge of aeronautical regulations and the process
quality in general
- Mastering configuration management for aeronautical systems
- Master the management techniques of organizations and companies
- B2 level in English and know the specifics of aviation English

Admission requirements: Admission is by application and after possible interview:
- Graduates of four years of higher education in the field of aeronautics or maintenance
- Graduates of three years of higher education with significative work experience

- Field representative

Duration and terms: Over 18 months:
- Complete course: follow-up of the entire training including 4 months in project
professional in business
Face-to-face: Kick-off meeting (2 days) and 2 seminars of 1 week
- Individualized professionalization path: possibility to choose the modules which
are directly related to the job of the applicant to build a course of
ad hoc training (It is not possible to register for this training
as part of the apprenticeship because it is not open to the initial training.)
- Another method of obtaining: Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE)
