Objectives: This master is co-accredited by the Institut Polytechnique de Paris and the University of Paris-Saclay.
The partner establishments are ENSTA Paris and the Ecole Polytechnique, Paris Sud University, Versailles-Saint Quentin University, Centrale-Supelec, Evry University, CEA
The Master 2 Analysis, Modeling, Simulation (AMS) offers a complete training offer in these fields, extending from the most theoretical approaches to concrete developments (modeling and numerical simulations). The implementation and development of numerical approximation methods firstly require a good knowledge of mathematical equations (differential equations, partial differential equations) but also of the phenomena they account for. Finally, the effective implementation of the associated approximation algorithms cannot be conceived without a solid knowledge of computer science.
