Objectives: The materials department (MT) trains generalist and versatile engineers, experts in materials and competent in mechanics, electronics, physics, chemistry, processes and sustainability. Their multidisciplinary training extends from materials for structural applications (metals, polymers, ceramics, composites) to functional materials (semiconductors and components for micro and nanotechnologies).

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Admission requirements: 1st year: Scientific Bac S, STI, SL
3rd year: BUT, 2nd year CPGE, DEUG, L2, BTS or equivalent
4th year: M1 or equivalent
Acquired skills during the training : The skills are broken down into:
* Materials expertise
* Training in:
- mechanical,
- electronic,
- physics and chemistry of materials,
- reactivity of surfaces and processes
* Project management and research training
* International opening.
