Objectives: Acquire the basic tools in physics and chemistry to understand materials science - nature, development, characterization (physical structure-property relationship), miniaturization processes.
Access to theses for different types of material, from solid to innovative thin film materials: nanomaterials for spintronics, catalytic nanomaterials, oxides and ceramics.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Admission requirements: • M1 are fully accepted in the 1st year (S1, S2) holders of:
Chemistry graduate, physical chemistry, physics and applications, mathematics, computer UDS or UHA.
For other students, their case will be reviewed by the Education Committee.
• M2: Admission is first on file review by the Education Committee and then through a personal interview
• Training: Admission will be granted in M1 (M2) application and interview after validation of acquired experience (VAE) by the committee giving an equivalence of the Degree (Master's) in one of the areas considered for entry M1 in initial training.
