Objectives: The Master IHM trains high-level professional specialists in the design and development of interactive applications, mastering the techniques of computing from those in the field of human factors.
Graduates of the Master HMI is able to:
Manage Development "focused on the user" of an interactive software.
Define and enforce standards of presentation and usability.
Evaluate the ergonomics and usability of software.
The teachings of Master complement initial training in computer skills and provide specific subject:
Technological skills: mastery of techniques and tools related to new information technologies and communication (NTIC).
Methodological skills: methods of software engineering, management of the development process, project management, in the context of the development of interactive software.
Human factors engineering human-computer interaction: ergonomics, cognitive psychology, experimental psychology, in order to be able to produce software ergonomics and a high level of usability.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Prerequisites: Graduate student in computing sciences
Admission requirements: Admission Master IHM-2 is on file.
The number of students is limited to 28.
In view of previous students, we can expect the following streams:
Holders of a maîtrise/M1 of UPS: 8 to 10 students
Holders of a maîtrise/M1 another university: 8 to 10 students
Holders of a foreign degree equivalent to maîtrise/M1: 1 to 2 students
Hold another degree higher than the control: 1 to 2 students
Students enrolled in parallel in another course (eg engineering school): 7 to 8 students.
Duration and terms: 2 years (Master 1 and Master 2)
