Objectives: The Electronic and industrial computer science speciality of Polytech' Paris UPMC trains up engineers mostly to be more in charge of industrial projects management than for research and development -this about the electronic speciality- and to be asked to become operational as soon as they get their diploma.
This speciality training takes turn either with short time school -firm, or initation learning or in a vocational formation.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Prerequisites: - French Bac S, Bac STI (Genie electronique) for admittance into the first level course (DEUST, technician level)
- holder of DEUST, BTS electonic system, DUT GEII or of an equivalent diploma for admittance in the third year course
- to be the owner of a working permission in France for foreign candidates
- to be less than 26 years old when signing the training apprenticeship contract
Admission requirements: - French Bac S, Bac STI electronics engineering for admission in first year (DEUST)

Too years after Bac, students can get the Diplome d'Etudes Universitaires Scientifiques et Universitaires (DEUST) at the UPMC and, depending on their results, they can be admitted into the engineer cursus concerning the "Electronique et Informatique Industrielle"
