Objectives: The educational objective of this major is to train general engineers with solid knowledge of the aeronautics and space sectors combined with strong skills in systems engineering: a structured multidisciplinary approach to design and integration. With a common thread system approach, students acquire broad skills on all the issues related to the design of an aeronautical or space vehicle. Initially, the major provides future engineers with knowledge of the aeronautics and space sectors, fundamental lessons in terms of materials, applied mechanics, structures, and systems engineering. A drone project allows students to put their Systems Engineering skills into practice. Secondly, lessons on on-board systems and on-board energy are introduced. In addition, students take the courses of their choice based on their professional project. Projects provide students with professional scenarios based on each course. During this major, students can finalize the engineering profile of their choice by following one of the three proposed paths: Operation/Maintenance, Production/Industrialization, Study/Design. The speakers are mainly active engineers (DASSAULT AVIATION, AIRBUS GROUP, SAGEM, SNECMA, ONERA, CNES, etc.). On the other hand, the EPF has developed partnerships with foreign universities (ETS, UPM, BILBAO, etc.).
