Course Details
Objectives: Train project managers whose goal is to successfully complete a construction project for piped, welded, and boiler-work assemblies. They are involved in all phases of a construction site: preparing quotes in response to calls for tender, monitoring orders, supplying construction sites with raw materials, managing construction site personnel, and coordinating the various trades involved. They act as the interface between their staff, the various stakeholders, suppliers, and the client. They lead a project from quote to delivery, respecting the client's specifications, deadlines, and managing any hazards on the ground. They are in direct contact with the management of their company.
