Course Details

Objectives: The Industrial Robotics Integration course aims to train middle managers to design and implement a robotic solution in an industrial environment
The training will provide you with technical skills in the fields of electromechanics, automation, robotics, industrial computing and project management while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
At the end of the training, graduates will be able to:
• Master automation techniques (configuration, programming, installation, development, optimization, supervision, maintenance, etc.).
• Program and configure automated/robotic industrial processes and carry out their commissioning (tests and trials).
• Define and implement automation architectures, HMI (human-machine interface), industrial networks (multi-automation architecture) and robotics based on specifications.
• Select and configure robotization, gripping, vision equipment and image processing tools according to the application.
• Program industrial robots in a structured manner according to the application and their environment.
• Design, simulate and develop a robotic cell.
• Carry out or supervise the integration of the various automation components (automatons, sensors, robots, cobots, motors, drives, cylinders, etc.) by referring to technical files.
• Set up supervision systems to control, measure and monitor production.
• Ensure the maintenance of automated and/or robotic industrial devices in a production system.
• Apply a quality approach to production and/or maintenance processes, ensuring in particular compliance with safety standards.
• Manage industrial projects (development of specifications, production and operation) by integrating quality, cost and deadline requirements at each stage.
