Course Details

Objectives: Train professionals capable of exercising professions related to flow control, quality management and continuous improvement for all sectors of activity and all sizes of companies (VSEs, SMEs, etc.).

Quality and Integrated Management:
Measure, control and master quality.
Apply a problem-solving and innovation approach.
Support towards certification and standardization to achieve optimal quality.

Organization and Supply Chain:
Implement methods and the organization of production resources.
Optimize performance in terms of cost, quality, deadline.
Adapt the flow management method to the context.

Digital Transformation Management:
Bring information systems to life and evolve.
Ensure the traceability and digitalization of processes.
Involve teams in the digital company.
