Course Details

Objectives: The BUT QLIO allows you to understand the different aspects of production management and industrial logistics (inventory and supply management, production planning, organization of the flow of materials and information) as well as quality improvement. It meets the demand of companies to be ever more efficient and competitive, both in the industrial and tertiary sectors.
It allows you to be able, whatever the sector of activity, to manage and lead a production team, to improve or implement flow management processes, to ensure the interface with service providers and company stakeholders.
