Objectives: The GPLA Master’s degree – Lean Management course offers in-depth theoretical training on Lean concepts and tools, as well as their practical application in the areas of production, purchasing and logistics. Students also acquire practical skills in project management and the implementation of Lean projects in real companies since they are on a work-study program. They are able to lead continuous improvement groups, as well as formalize and organize the ongoing monitoring of the actions undertaken.

Acquired skills during the training : The Lean Management course has the particularity of being a master's degree in management that offers both management courses (strategy, management control, finance, marketing, human resources, law, etc.) and also offers intensive training in the technical fields related to Supply Chain Management in general (Management of production processes, Flow management and ERP, Instrumentation to support decision-making in the supply chain, etc.) and Lean Management in particular (Production Management and Lean tools, Audit methodology applied to continuous improvement, Lean Design and Lean Office, Lean performance and certifications, Lean approach animation). The objective is to allow students to understand the company's strategy as a whole and to be able to analyze the decisions from a Lean perspective that result from it in the different areas of management. The training is also an opportunity to combine theory and practice by developing solid professional skills.
