Course Details

Objectives: The OOP Professional License trains specialists in continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, taking into account the "ergonomics" aspects. Each improvement action is associated with project team management to analyze the problems or needs identified, and to seek the optimal solutions to respond to them (and implement them). Graduates are prepared to occupy strategic positions in the industrial sector, where they will actively contribute to maximizing operational efficiency and ensuring the competitiveness of companies.

Objectives:
Know and understand the different manufacturing processes and production systems.
Organize and lead a working group to improve the ergonomics of a workstation by taking into account MSD risks
Know and implement the methods and tools for implementing, managing and optimizing flows (scheduling, chrono-analysis, VSM, etc.). Know and implement LEAN tools (5S, SMED, KANBAN, etc.).
Know how to manage a project by integrating the factors: resources / deadline / cost. Communicate effectively in project mode.
Continually integrate quality and safety into your approaches.
