Course Details

Objectives: Develop and deploy your technical expertise in the industry of the future to effectively manage your activity
Participate in the production master plan (PDP) and carry out a diagnosis of industrial performance
Organize and efficiently manage stocks at the fairest cost by optimizing the flow of goods from reception to dispatch
Organize the optimal conditions for producing the product in manufacturing during the launch of industrialization
Participate in maintenance management to maintain and develop the availability of the production system
Lead an industrial performance optimization project
