Objectives: The objective of this GI master's degree is to train students in modern techniques of industrial engineering and operational research covering the complete chain of product and production systems engineering, in particular scientific tools for
modeling and analysis of products and production systems,
performance evaluation,
the optimal design of products and systems and the sizing of resources,
planning and organization of production and logistics,
equipment maintenance.
The training relies heavily on the major areas of application addressed by the research teams of the laboratories involved such as healthcare production systems, microelectronics manufacturing, transport and energy in order to confront students with the complexity of different applications.
Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Targeted careers : The MAGI course prepares students for managerial positions in production and logistics, as well as in consulting and R&D services. It can also pave the way to a doctorate in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research.
