Objectives: The disciplinary fields are those of Process Engineering, namely transfer and kinetic phenomena, thermodynamics and modeling of process industry operations. Engineering tools such as digital methods and instrumentation are also taught in this master's degree. The training is supported by the CNRS LGF laboratory (UMR 5307). The M2 Artificial Intelligence focus aims to provide the keys to understanding AI to process engineering specialists.
The course is integrated into the Process Engineering and Bio-Processes major at Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University.
Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Targeted careers : The targeted professional profiles are located in the field of processes linked to the energy sector, from resource extraction to energy production or conversion, including the use of energy. Graduates of the Master's degree in Process Engineering and Artificial Intelligence can directly join an international company (the master's degree is delivered in English), or prepare for a doctorate, in France or internationally.
