Objectives: The BUT Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing (GEII) provides 3-year training in modern techniques in:
Electrical Engineering: Analog and digital electronics, Electrical engineering, Power electronics, Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
Industrial Computing: Programming in computer languages, Operating Systems, Automation, Regulation, Signal processing, Networks, Embedded systems (Microcontrollers, DSP, Arduino)
Electronics and Embedded Systems (ÉSE)
This program, with its focus on electronics and embedded systems, will lead you to analyze, design, and implement electronic systems. In a corporate setting, you will be required to manage teams of technicians and work collaboratively with engineers to integrate, program, install, connect, and maintain all this electronic equipment in areas such as:
> Home automation: alarm systems, weather stations, remote controls, etc.
> Robotics: mobile robots, manipulator arms, etc.
> Transportation, aeronautics, and space: driver assistance systems, drones, nanosatellites, etc.
> Audiovisual: air traffic control rooms, security PCs, etc.
> Healthcare: collecting and analyzing vital data for optimal care in real time, etc.
> Connected agriculture: automated management of agricultural plots, etc. > Sports: calculating shot speed, etc.
> Connected objects (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI)
Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Targeted careers : The BUT GEII prepares for entry into the electrical, electronic and industrial IT industries sectors: energy transport, telecommunications, automobile, railway and civil and military aeronautical industries.
