Course Details

Objectives: The BUT Networks & Telecommunications – Cybersecurity course is a diploma focused on cybersecurity in digital professions. It prepares people for all professions related to the security of information systems, from the installation of security equipment to their monitoring. The R&T graduate in Cybersecurity is capable of administering a secure information system, supervising it, detecting and responding to computer attacks.

This diploma trains senior technicians specialized in the fields:
- Computer networks: internet, operators, internet of things, etc.
- Telecommunications: transmissions, telephony, etc.
- Computer science: programming, web applications, etc.

Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Targeted careers : The targeted professions are those related to the design, deployment, administration, supervision and security of computer or telecommunications networks:
- Network installation/maintenance
- Network and communications and information systems architect
- Software and hardware maintenance manager for telecommunications networks and installations
