Course Details

Objectives: The course covers both the management of so-called “complex” projects (collaborative, multi-project, multi-site, intercultural, international) and expertise in operational excellence: industrial performance, lean manufacturing, supply chain, lean management. The course provides training in change support, problem solving, human resources management and financial management of the industrial unit in an environment evolving towards industry 4.0. It also prepares for the Green Belt knowledge certificate.
