Course Details
Objectives: The objective of the certificate is to enable ENSEIRB-MATMECA engineering students to acquire additional skills and knowledge to their initial training. To be in line with the spectrum of themes taught at school, the themes covered in the certificate concern: telecommunications, on-board AI, ground data processing, robotics and automation, cybersecurity and atmospheric re-entry. .
The increase in skills in the certificate is done over the 3 years of training at the school through the following actions:
- Participation in conferences and afterworks,
- Participation in hackathons, Actinspace and DefInSpace in particular,
- A project of at least 3 months on a space subject,
- A PFE internship with a strong interest in space,
- Company visits.
The implementation of these actions is based on the means at our disposal at the school: ground station, CNES antenna allowing us communications in medium orbit (23000km), University Space Center of New Aquitaine (NAASC) , etc.
Duration and terms: Since Sept. 2022
