Objectives: The HVAC and energy engineering specialty trains HVAC engineers for the building and industry sectors, capable of designing climate systems that save energy and resources and have a low environmental impact, to monitor their implementation and to manage its management and maintenance. These systems allow the control of artificial climates in residential, tertiary or industrial buildings.
Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Acquired skills during the training : The engineer with a degree in climate and energy engineering is able to manage projects on the technical, organizational, economic and human levels in the major fields of climate engineering (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), sanitary installations, energy of the building, the production and distribution of decentralized thermal, refrigeration and electrical energy, air quality.
Its skills are deployed in an approach that combines sobriety, energy efficiency and recovery of renewable and fatal energies. The climate engineer is thus a major player in meeting the challenges of energy transition and energy-climate issues.
