M2 Micromechanical Engineering: Course Train multidisciplinary engineers capable of designing microdevices integrating complementary technologies and functionalities on a mechanical basis. Familiar with deposition and photolithography techniques, they can understand the industrial implementation of microtechnologies, both at the design office and R&D level and at the production level.
