Course Details

Objectives: This Professional License in Industry Professions: Aeronautical Industry trains future middle managers in the aeronautical sector, capable of participating in supporting production and assembly activities, in a context of operational excellence. Graduates contribute to companies' objectives in terms of quality, costs and deadlines by providing a global vision of design and manufacturing processes. They rely on their in-depth knowledge of aircraft and their subassemblies, industrialization methods and corresponding tools, aeronautical regulations, but also project management methods and tools to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities for which they are responsible. The Improvement Project Management course offers technicians, who already have a foundation of scientific and technical knowledge, the opportunity to develop skills related to the professions of support functions for aeronautical production.

Intended for: Students or working people (continuing education)

Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Prerequisites: Be able to master both:
- Technical disciplines found in the aeronautical production sector,
to be able to obtain a work-study contract whose missions will be consistent with the
expectations of the educational model.
- English read, written and spoken.
- A know-how in order to work collectively.

Admission requirements: Holder of a BTS or a BUT 2 technical qualification.

Acquired skills during the training :
Participate in project management
Analyze the activity to identify the root causes of waste and choose solutions
to optimize product quality and resource consumption, etc.

Supervise a team of operators
Participate in leading a team, manage conflicts, coordinate team work,
demonstrate leadership to involve employees in the operational excellence approach,
etc.

Control quality and comply with regulations
Participate in the deployment of the companies' quality system in order to guarantee the quality and
conformity of the products and services provided to customers, etc.

Plan, organize, administer the activity
Develop and communicate the production schedule, identify and record the activities
carried out, carry out the technical work of each of the operators in their team in order to
compensate for hazards on the production line, etc.
