Objectives: The industrial systems engineer training (formerly IMSI) is multidisciplinary: mechanical design, automation, manufacturing processes, industrial organization, quality, project management, etc. On the virtual side, the CAD + digital factory coupling makes it possible to design a product in 3D, to represent the stages of its manufacturing, to model the machines, and to simulate the flows. On the real side, the educational resources and platforms are a place for experimenting with production technologies: high-speed machining, water jet cutting, 3D laser metrology, plastic injection, additive manufacturing, industrial robotics... Finally on the lines production of the pilot plant, the student is confronted with realistic situations (problem solving – continuous improvement) which prepare him for the role of facilitator of a field engineer.
