Course Details
Objectives: The professional license Cartography, Topography and Geographic Information System (GIS) aims to train technicians with the necessary skills to participate in the establishment, management and planning of territories by means of a system of geographic information.
Given the development of different cutting-edge technologies in these professions, it has become essential for GIS users (elected officials, State actors, network managers, etc.) to be able to have precise and reliable cartographic documents produced by true professionals.
Intended for: Students (basic training) or persons engaged in working life, employees, job seekers or those who interrupted their studies for at least 2 years who want to:
- begin or resume studies university
- to validate the acquired experience (VAE) to obtain all or part of a degree.
Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Admission requirements: Bac + 2 (L2 Geography, Planning, Earth Science, Computer), BTS topographeur or any training connected with geographic information.
Acquired skills during the training : - Bonne connaissance dans le domaine de la géomatique et de l’information géographique ;
- La recherche, le tri, l'analyse et la hiérarchisation de l'information géographique sous forme de base de données ;
- La conception des modèles de traitements automatisés en script python ;
- La création des cartes topographiques et thématiques qui répondent aux exigences de tous les acteurs et utilisateurs de SIG ;
- La mise en œuvre des applications SIG sur le web en utilisant des logiciels - Libre, Standards de l'OGC ;
- L'usage de nouvelles techniques d'acquisition des données géographiques (Scanner laser, Géoradar et Drone).
