Course Details

Objectives: The role of the advanced maintenance technician is to secure the operation of processes, manage malfunctions, and integrate and implement digital advanced maintenance tools. They are aware of both technical innovations and methodological tools so as to be able to make suggestions for their integration.

Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Prerequisites: BAC + 2 Industrial Specialties

Acquired skills during the training : - Measure and analyze the technical parameters and/or performance indicators of equipment on a production line or unit
- Assess the risks and impacts associated with equipment malfunction
- Diagnose the cause(s) of malfunction or deviation
- Define technical methods or solutions for improving maintenance in the following areas: safety, availability, reliability, and maintainability
- Coordinate actions to maintain operational conditions or improve equipment
- Ensure traceability and ensure reporting of maintenance activities
