Course Details

Objectives: The operational excellence course at ISMANS CESI prepares students to occupy strategic positions in various industrial sectors (or services, etc.), with an emphasis on process optimization and operational activity performance management. These professionals will be qualified to perform functions such as continuous improvement engineer, industrial performance engineer, industrial project manager, or production and supply chain manager. Their expertise will also lead them to roles as Lean 6 Sigma Engineer, where they will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects within companies. As Lean project manager, they will supervise teams in the implementation of process optimization methods.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Targeted careers : The ISMANS CESI engineer in operational excellence will be able to practice his profession in a variety of companies, notably in the automotive, aeronautics, manufacturing, agriculture, energy, medical technologies and defense sectors.
