Course Details
Objectives: Tech in Space Essentials is a condensed version of the Advanced training, aimed at a broader population.
A presentation of Space Techniques and Technologies:
- The definition and characteristics of space vehicles
- The different types of orbits for the different missions
- The constraints of the space environment
- Localization techniques
- Subsystems (mechanical, thermal, electrical, SCAO)
- The main equipment and instruments
- Quality and risk management
Illustrated by missions and projects:
From telecommunications missions to scientific missions, including Earth observation.
Intended for: This training is intended for people of all profiles, wishing to master the basic notions of a space project, from its development to its operational phase.
