Objectives: To meet the needs created by the increasing implementation of PLM solutions in businesses, new functions have appeared, particularly the interface between requesting services and software companies and integrators who must give an answer.
Functional Consultant PLM, whether internal or external to a structure,
accompanies it in its process of modernization and development
including "the urbanization of its information system."
It comes from the expression phase of the needs of its industrial customers
until the project deployment phase.
It is the functional guarantor of the implementation of these solutions in the tool and compliance with business requirements and constraints throughout the life of the IT project.
It facilitates, through assistance in project management, trade between
the latter, project management, and integrators and editors.
Main tasks: The main tasks are:
• Identify the challenges of implementing a PLM solution in the company and
to define the objectives
• describe business processes and write functional files
• to contribute to the consultation of the suppliers
• pilot a PLM project implementation of the solution, assistance
functional assessment and its use, and maintenance management
• to drive change through a transversal management.

Degree Level (EU) : (niveau 7) - (EQC level or equivalent)
Prerequisites: • Good knowledge of the Data processing environment
• Good level of technical English

• a Bac + 3 type certification in the field of data processing or industry,
or
• 5 years of work experience in the same fields.
