Objectives: Nanoscience is the study of matter at the nanoscale, where matter exhibits extraordinary properties such as surface area and quantum effects, useful for applications in nanophysics, nanoelectronics and nanomedicine.
The nanosciences and nanotechnologies master's degree offers the opportunity to explore this stimulating field in a stimulating scientific and cultural environment with more than 70% international students. The program, with its multidisciplinary approach, is suitable for both students considering academic and industrial careers.
In two years, the course provides solid theoretical foundations and practical expertise in the manufacturing, characterization and design of structures and systems at the nanoscale. Graduates are trained to lead innovative projects at the interface of these cutting-edge disciplines.
Resolutely focused internationally, this master's degree welcomes more than 70% international students and lessons are taught entirely in English. Many internationally renowned foreign scientists are also called upon to deliver seminars throughout the year.
The training is supported by Centrale Lyon, INSA Lyon and Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University.
